With the Bahama Yacht Club at its western end, Coral Lane divides the island and provides access to each waterfront property. A communal boardwalk/dock begins from the townhouses on the northern perimeter of the island and winds around the Bahama Yacht Club.
All Coral Cay homes are built upon waterfront properties, and all homeowners enjoy the option of building their own private dock for convenient access to their boats. The island is accessible by land from the southeast via bridge and through a gate with round-the-clock security. Townhouses line the northern side of the island, and a variety of private homes line the southern and northeastern sides.
